Go Puppy ™ LLP owns and operates this website. By accessing and using this site, you agree to each of the terms and conditions set forth herein and agree to abide by the Go Puppy™ LLP policies and guidelines.
Go Puppy™ LLP reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use and Policies at any time without prior notice. Your use of this site following any modification constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of Go Puppy™ LLP.
Go Puppy™ LLP is not liable for any transaction which takes place between Puppy Buyers and Breeder regarding: contract negotiation, sale price, payments received for sale of puppy, lost or returned puppies.
APPLICATIONS & MEMBERSHIP
Go Puppy™ LLP reserves the right of membership or removal of membership to any Breeder(s) whom do not conduct themselves in an ethical manner, whom operate puppy mills, or breeders who do not make an ethical effort to stand behind their breeding program.
Membership is granted only to Breeders who are in good standing with the American Kennel Club (AKC), Canadian Kennel Club (CKC), International Clubs, Parent Club, local clubs and/ or amongst their breeding community.
All members must adhere to the breed standard for their breed. Breeder-found listing litters which do not adhere to these standards will have their account suspended or terminated without notice.
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You may not use this website for any purpose that is prohibited by law or regulations or to facilitate the violation of any law or regulations.
You agree that all information supplied by you to register or list a dog or litter through this site is true and correct. You understand a membership application may not be submitted on behalf of another person or Breeder. If falsification of membership is determined, all parties involved will have their accounts terminated without notice.

Our website contains links to various websites which are not maintained by Go Puppy™ LLP. Links to third party websites are provided for your convenience and information only by the Breeders. Go Puppy™ LLP is not responsible for the content or accuracy of those sites or the products or services offered on or through those sites. Management and usage of these third party links is at the discretion of the Breeder and not liability of Go Puppy™ LLP.
Your Account & Record Management
Go Puppy™ LLP is not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of members account passwords through access of their personal computers. Members agree to accept responsibility for activity which occurs through their account or password.
Members understand and agree all the information listed on Go Puppy’s application site will be stored in an off-site secure server. Information will remain secure, and no information provided by members will be shared with any third party persons by Go Puppy™ LLP.
In relation to co-owned dogs and litters, Go Puppy™ LLP is not liable for any misrepresentation by co-owners. However, if misrepresentation by one or both co-owners is in violations of our Policies and Procedures and appropriate documentation is provided, all parties involved will have their accounts terminated without notice.
REPRESENTATIONS
Go Puppy™ LLP is not liable for any represented material by members on this site. Members agree to not download any materials which may be considered (a) copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or propriety rights; or (b) contain any libelous or otherwise unlawful material.
